The Process
All examinees must review and agree to adhere to
the
Standards of Practice for Certified Real Estate Support

examination.
The VA registers to take the examination and pays the examination
fee via the secure online form. Within seven business days, the
examinee will receive an email containing links to the URL for the
online examination and a single-use UserID and password that will
allow access to that page.
Scores are automatically forwarded to our review staff when the
examinee completes the examination. Those who receive a passing
score will be contacted via email within seven business days with
their Certified Real Estate Support Specialist verification number,
the URL where they may pick up their icon, and acknowledgment of
their addition to the Directory of IVAA Certified Real Estate
Support Specialists.
Those who do not pass on their first attempt will be contacted via
email within seven business days with instructions for retaking the
examination.
